We are one of the UK’s biggest providers of systems and engineering technology and we know that maintaining our position depends on having the best people working for us. We now employ over 300 people in seven locations around the UK giving us a good representation in several regions throughout the country.

Recruitment process

    Applying for a job with Frazer-Nash couldn’t be simpler. As a growing organisation with many new opportunities we recruit graduates throughout the year and would be happy to receive applications from you at anytime. Positions are available in all our offices and across a range of disciplines, the ability to apply scientific and engineering principles along with good analytical skills are important to us. How to apply

    If you would like to apply for a position with Frazer-Nash then complete our  application form, and send, along with your CV and a covering letter to the Human Resources Manager, Frazer-Nash Consultancy, Stonebridge House, Dorking Business Park, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1HJ or you can email your application to cv@fnc.co.uk.

    Once we have reviewed your CV against the current opportunities available you’ll be invited to attend an interview.

Interview process

    At Frazer-Nash we have a two stage interview process. This allows us to get to know you better, find out about your background and what you are looking for in your career. It also gives you the opportunity to find out about us, what we do - and decide if Frazer-Nash is the right place for you.
    First stage
    • Psychometric profiling questionnaire
    • In depth discussion of your background and experience
    • Two technical questions to get a feel for your technical and analytical capabilities
    • Opportunity for you to ask more about Frazer-Nash, the work we do and more specifically what you will be doing with us
    Second stage

    The second interview will normally be held in a different office to the first one. This interview will be shorter than the first and will allow us to discuss in more detail the opportunities we have available, who you might be working with and the sort of projects that you could get to work on. 

          What happens next?

    After these two stages we will review the information, and if successful will be in contact with an offer of employment. If you weren’t successful this time you will be notified by letter and thanked for your interest. Don't let this put you off applying for other suitable posts. We are always willing to give feedback to unsuccessful candidates.

    Proof of ID.

    When you come for your first interview you will need you to bring your passport as proof of identification.

    We will reimburse any reasonable travel expenses incurred when attending your interview.

    Our induction scheme will help familiarise you with Frazer-Nash, giving you a high-level overview of us. You'll learn how Frazer-Nash works and how to maximize your contribution to the company.

    Your training and development programme will vary depending on your role within the business and the area in which you work. We’ll expect you to take ownership of your own development from an early stage and in return we offer a supportive development environment.

    Mentor
