Frazer-Nash announces new Managing Director
Frazer-Nash Consultancy, the independent systems and engineering technology provider, has announced that Neil McDougall is its new Managing Director.

Formerly Engineering Director at the company since 2005, Neil has managed the technical and operational development of the company as it has almost doubled in size during this time.  In his new role he will be responsible for all operational aspects of the business.

Neil will replace Andy Milton, who was Managing Director at Frazer-Nash for 20 years and saw the company through a tenfold growth in staff numbers and the development of a geographical presence in seven key locations in the United Kingdom.   Andy will take on the role of Chief Executive until April 2009, when he will become company Chairman.

Andy Milton, commented on Neil’s appointment: “I am delighted that Neil will be taking on the role of Managing Director.  He has been a key member of the leadership team supporting the growth of the company in recent years, and I am confident that in his new role he will provide strong strategic leadership for the future.

Neil commented on his appointment: “Andy’s stewardship has resulted in Frazer-Nash’s success and profitability reaching new heights.  He will be a tough act to follow, but we have built a very strong team, and are now firmly one of the leading providers of systems and engineering technology in the UK.  I am delighted to become the new Managing Director and look forward to the challenges ahead.

“I believe that the range of engineering services that we offer, coupled with the capability of our people, mean that our clients enjoy an unrivalled level of service and expertise – and this is something that we know our customers continue to value.

“I intend to continue to build on this firm foundation to ensure our clients can continue to access the widest range of systems and engineering technology capability, advice and assurance available from one company in the UK.”

The news comes as Frazer-Nash announces it has retained its Investors in People accreditation, following the award of the mark in 1998.
