D-Risk is a new project planning and risk analysis tool that will enable you to predict the effects of risks and task overrun on project completion. 3-point estimates are calculated using a monte-carlo technique. A cost model is also available allowing 3-point estimating of project costs and for assessing the cost impact of risks.

Easy to use

D-Risk is designed to be easy to use so that all project managers can undertake project plan and risk assessments. The visual results display clearly shows the calculated delivery dates, the effects of each task and of any of project risks.

The project planning tool integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Project® and the cost model is Microsoft Excel® based.

D-Risk was developed by Frazer-Nash in conjunction with the Specialist and Utility Vehicles (SUV) IPT within the MoD, and is currently being used for their Cat-D Projects. It is supplied by Frazer-Nash to MoD project managers, their suppliers and other commercial managers.
