Job Description

To work within the Project Enabling Services team you will be providing a wide range of comprehensive clerical support to teams of Project Engineers from concept through to end of life, consistent with the Company's business objectives and culture.

To provide a best in class service to project engineering teams across multi-sites to ensure requests are completed on time and to the highest standard which will enable the business to exceed Client expectations.

You will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Opening and management of project files
  • Project filing and auditing of project files
  • Archiving project files
  • Creating Invoices, purchase orders and tracking spend
  • Liaising with Project team to ensure first class service is provided
  • Provide cover to Location Services team and reception
  • Assisting with the creation and population of Excel spreadsheets, powerpoint slides and other ad hocs administrative duties.
  • Office management


You will have a good understanding of:

  • Working in an office administration role
  • Microsoft Office packages - good levels (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Typing skills, good level required due to working in a fast paced environment. Accurate and speed will be essential.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Working as part of a team and contributing to the team environment with excellent planning and organisations skills, working through tasks in a methodical approach.
  • Decision making and written and verbal communication skills.
