We are proud to support employee wellbeing. Our approach is focussed on five areas: physical, financial, emotional, social and personal.


Full time employees are entitled to all normal public holidays and in addition to 25 days in each completed financial year of service. Holiday entitlement is calculated on a pro rata basis for those who join us on a part time basis and for individuals who join through the leave year.

Work life balance is important to us, and the company will consider requests from staff to increase or reduce their annual discretionary holiday entitlement through carry over, purchase and selling mechanisms. In addition, we have arrangements in place to consider requests for extended leave or to help you manage unforeseen circumstances.

Happy to talk flexible working

With benefits to suit your lifestyle, we have a flexible approach to your location and working arrangements, whilst our flexible start and finish time - which may be varied by up to plus/minus one hour, allows us to maintain our level of service whilst also allowing you more convenience in your working hours.

Private healthcare membership

We want you to make managing your health as straightforward as possible and work with Bupa to help provide healthcare membership as part of your benefit package. Members will receive a pack containing a booklet outlining all the terms and conditions.

If you wish, you can apply to add your children and partners to the private health insurance at your own cost.

Life assurance

Frazer-Nash's parent company operates a life assurance scheme. Under the arrangements, you can nominate who you'd like to benefit from the lump sum that is payable in the event of your death. 


EmployeeCare is an employee assistance programme (often referred to as an EAP). It offers information and counselling on a wide range of personal and work related topics such as debt management, family relations, health problems and work issues. This service is provided by Health Assured - a leading EAP provider and, on joining Frazer-Nash, is completely free for you to use.
