We help our clients make smart decisions on how they manage and optimise the value of their assets in challenging times. You’ll work in an existing team to help our clients in the Energy, Transport and Defence sectors better understand the current condition and likely future state of their business.
Typical work will involves smart use of data to extract key condition measures, then building probabilistic forecasting models based on scientific understanding or data inference to to help understand current and future risk.
We work with the full range of numerical methods and technologies. Each client provides a unique challenge and an opportunity to develop our approaches
In addition to developing the insight, it’s essential to communicate the finding to the client. This might be through traditional means or the use of web based applications.
The successful applicant will meet the following minimum requirements:
- Physics, Engineering or Maths degree, PhD preferable. More than two years experience in a data centric environment.
- Great communicator happy working in a collaborative environment
It is to your advantage if you meet any or all the following additional requirements:
- Image processing and feature identification
- Segmentation or classification methods
- Bayesian statistics or Bayesian Networks
- Graph Networks
- Transfer or deep learning methods
