Salary: £35,000 pa

Location: Leatherhead preferred, other UK offices considered (flexible hybrid working, with time split between the office and working from home)

Working across the KBR family's People and Resource shared service, The Senior HR Operations Co-ordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR services to employees and external stakeholders.

This multifaceted position involves a blend of administration and providing initial advisory support. Additionally, the role serves as the Deputy to the HR Operations Lead when necessary, providing guidance and support to Co-ordinators on more intricate HR issues.

You will partner with key HR stakeholders to collaborate on HR projects and ensure connectivity across the HR department (People Partner’s, Recruitment/TA Leads, Learning Lead, and Internal Communications), in conjunction with the PARC Operations Lead.

The responsibilities include coaching and training, improving HR services, managing documentation through the full employee life cycle, handling queries, and supporting various HR processes. 


  • Experienced HR administrator, ideally within HR operational or HR shared services environments
  • Ability to handle work of a sensitive and confidential nature.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage competing tasks and stakeholder expectations.
  • People systems experience and knowledge and intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
  • Good relationship management and communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to a customer service mindset


Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-­Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
