Join our Data, Science and Systems Teams for a Summer Placement
Experience first hand how a businesses smart use of data to extract key condition measures, build probabilistic forecasting models based on scientific understanding or data inference to help understand current and future risk. We work with the full range of numerical methods and technologies. Each client provides a unique challenge and an opportunity to develop our approaches In addition to developing the insight, it’s essential to communicate the finding to the client. This might be through traditional means or the use of web based applications.

You’ll work on live projects alongside experienced engineers, contributing as much to our business as you learn from it. If you have the opportunity to work for us over 2 summers we can consider you coming back, staying in the same team or working in another area to broaden your knowledge. We have opportunities for students studying a wide range of subjects. The placement will be based at one of our ten offices in the UK.
We are looking for students who want to work at the end of their 2nd year of a 3 year degree course, 2nd and 3rd year of a 4 year degree (and equivalent for a 5 year degree) as well as those students completing their undergraduate degree before starting their MSc. Unfortunately we do not offer graduates a summer placement.
We are interested in hearing from excellent candidates who want to work in data science and systems engineering. You may have relevant experience from University courses that are similar to any on the following list:
- Computer Science
- Cyber Engineering
- Materials Science
