In the run up to Frazer-Nash’s participation in the techUK conference, ‘Brit-twin: towards a national digital twin’, taking place on 22 January, the company has written an insight blog for the techUK website.

The blog, written by Dr Peter van Manen, is titled: 'Teasing the digital cat out of the bag'. In it, Peter shares his experience of digital twins as a tool for sustainable sporting and economic success in Formula One racing. He also outlines some of the challenges the National Infrastructure Commission’s recommendation for a national digital twin would have to address.

Frazer-Nash's Andy Spears will be a panellist for Session Three on 'delivering a national digital twin' at the conference, which aims to understand what might be involved in making a national digital twin a reality - and how the tech sector can help to deliver this ambition.

Frazer-Nash’s expertise on digital twinning was also featured on the Nuclear South West website last month. Read Harvey Johnson’s article: ‘Using the virtual to inform reality: digital twins’ potential for the nuclear industry’ here.
