Frazer-Nash's Australian Energy and Resources Business Manager, Marc Lyell, has been awarded the honorary title of Adjunct Lecturer within the School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Adelaide.

The title is in recognition of his ongoing contribution to the University, as a lecturer within the School of Mechanical Engineering, and for his support to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Director of Frazer-Nash’s Australian Business, Jonathan Armstrong, said:

“At Frazer-Nash, we’re committed to supporting STEM initiatives within the engineering profession, and to helping the engineers of the future to recognise how their expertise can help make a difference to their communities, and to the world.

“Marc’s experience in managing multi-million pound projects for the oil and gas, services, water, manufacturing and services sectors, enables him to provide students with real-world understanding of how their skills can be applied. For example, he recently delivered three training sessions on project management for University of Adelaide PhD students, which highlighted how project managers ‘get things done’.”

The University of Adelaide is a member of Australia’s prestigious ‘Group of Eight’ research-intensive universities, and is considered by international assessment bodies to be in the top one per cent of universities worldwide. Distinguished alumni include five Nobel Laureates; over 100 Rhodes Scholars; and Australia’s first female prime minister and Supreme Court judge.
