News & Events - Transport and Security Expo: Frazer-Nash workshops to focus on security and resilience

Experts from Frazer-Nash's security and resilience business are set to exhibit and deliver workshops at this year's Transport and Security Expo. With over 3000 attendees, the event is held at London's Olympia on the 13 and 14 November. The event brings together leaders in aviation, maritime, counter piracy, public transport and supply chain security. The Frazer-Nash team will be based on Stand J56.

On the 13 November, Julian Lockett, Principal Consultant and Chris Cullis, Business Manager - Security and Resilience, will present the following workshops:

Ship Security: 1205 - 1230

Maintaining competitive advantage in turbulent times.

Frazer-Nash specialists will be exploring how organisations can be better prepared to adapt in changing times. They'll examine what is changing in the industry, the challenges organisations face when adapting to change, and how better preparation can be a catalyst for commercial advantage.

Rail Security: 1405 - 1425

Synchronisation in changing response situations: a high-level exploration of the management of resources during a crisis.

The presenters will be explaining what is meant by resilience and how a large enterprise can coordinate its response in a crisis. They will examine the challenges around resourcing for resilience and look at how resources can be better managed.

The Transport and Security Expo brings together the world's leading experts from government, military, law enforcement and security services face to face with the aviation, maritime and public transport industries, to assess the threat level, examine the countermeasures in place and, where necessary, recommend alternate strategies to deal with these threats.

Commenting on participating at the event, Chris Cullis said: "We have been serving the transportation industry for over 40 years, offering advanced engineering solutions to the most complex challenges.
