News & Events - Frazer-Nash set to exhibit at AVALON 2015


Frazer-Nash Consultancy is exhibiting at the Australian International Airshow and Aerospace and Defence Exposition (AVALON) from the 24 February to the 1 March 2015.

To be held at Avalon Airport, Victoria, the event is the essential aviation, aerospace and defence showcase for Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Avalon attracts over 168,000 people over six days, including exhibitors from the international aerospace industry; government, military, scientific and trade delegates; along with leading aviation, aerospace and defence professionals from Australia and around the world.

Based in Hall 3, on the South Australian Defence State Stand, Frazer-Nash will draw on its comprehensive technical knowledge in the aerospace domain, as Martin Soltau, Business Manager explains:

Frazer-Nash is renowned for its services across the complete project lifecycle ranging from research to modelling studies through to in-service support and life extension. It works closely with procurement agencies and was recently awarded a contract to provide independent technicalevaluation (ITE) to the UK Ministry of Defence Unmanned Air Systems project team (UAST). The results will provide evidence for subsequent type certification and release to service, to allow safeand airworthy operation of the unmanned aircraft under UK Military Aviation Authority regulations.
