There's just a month left to register to attend the Collaborate
to Innovate (C2i) conference, which will showcase the winners of
The Engineer magazine's celebration of engineering
partnerships.
Frazer-Nash is joint headline sponsor for the conference, which
will take place on 17 November at the Lloyds Bank Advanced
Manufacturing Training Centre in Coventry.
The conference will bring together a panel of world-leading
experts, sharing their latest thinking on key technology and
manufacturing developments. Frazer-Nash's Business Director, Bill
Hodson, will be taking part in a panel discussion on 'Collaborating
and Innovating in the changing world', and keynote speakers will
include Mark Howard, Airbus UK Research and Technology chief
and Dr Phil Reeves, VP of Consulting at Stratasys.
The winners of the C2i awards will showcase their innovative,
collaborative projects at the conference, including: using 3D
printing to create facial implants; developing technology that will
turn buildings into power stations, able to generate their own
energy; and the design and manufacture of the largest warships ever
built by the UK.
The C2i awards are celebrating the best examples of innovative,
technology-let collaboration from across UK industry and academia.
The winners of the awards were announced at a ceremony in London on
7 September. Find out more about the winners
