Frazer Nash Consultancy has secured a five year Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with EDF Energy and Sizewell C Ltd, with an option to extend for a further five years, strengthening a long standing strategic alliance, providing vital engineering and technical support across EDF’s UK nuclear business, and furthering shared goals of securing home-grown resilient, clean energy for the nation.
Under these agreements, Frazer Nash will deliver professional services across a broad scope, including EDF’s Hinkley Point C (HPC), support to the existing nuclear generating fleet, defueling activities, Nuclear Operations (NO) and Nuclear Services (NS), as well as support for Sizewell C (SZC) Ltd, The PSA establishes a flexible framework to support EDF Energy’s and SZC’s professional services requirements and respond to key business challenges as they arise. This agreement builds on a collaborative relationship that spans more than 15 years, during which Frazer Nash has supported EDF Energy across all phases of the nuclear lifecycle: from new build and operations, through life extension, to defuelling.

Services delivered through the agreement will span systems engineering, nuclear safety, operational and technical support, and project delivery, enabling the safe, reliable operation of EDF Energy’s current nuclear fleet while supporting the delivery of new nuclear infrastructure critical to the UK’s low carbon future. Frazer Nash engineers from multiple disciplines work closely with EDF and Sizewell C teams across its licensed activities, providing deep technical expertise and trusted delivery.
