As part of its celebration of International Women’s Day 2021, Frazer-Nash has announced its new membership of diversity and inclusion change-making organisation, WISE.

First launched in 1984, WISE enables and energises people in business, industry and education to increase the participation, contribution and success of women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). It works with organisations to boost the talent pool, from classroom to boardroom, and drive economic growth.

Frazer-Nash People Director, Sam Geis, said:

“Our people are at the very heart of what we do, and we are committed to fostering a working culture where all of our people feel they belong, know they are valued, and are empowered to achieve their personal and professional goals.

“By becoming members of WISE, we are demonstrating our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace – diversity and a culture of inclusion are vital for us to build a strong sustainable business that harnesses innovation and creativity, two fundamental elements of what makes Frazer-Nash.”

Frazer-Nash employees will be able to access events and webinars on the WISE website, network with other members, and help to generate and share insights about the causes and potential solutions to gender imbalance.
