As well as being an engineer and a manager, Holley is also a founding member of the Frazer-Nash Diversity and Inclusion steering committee, which shapes and implements the company’s D&I strategy. The committee is responsible for recognising and commemorating a calendar of events throughout the year in honour of diversity and inclusion, including (but not limited to) Pride Week, LGBT+ History Month and International Women’s Day. Frazer-Nash also annually sponsors the IET Young Woman Engineer (YWE) of the Year award.
