Our SME network, FNConnect, held an engaging event in Birmingham on Thursday 26 June with an evening of discussion and conversation built on the theme of 'Partnership for Impact'.
This was our fourth FNConnect event following on from Bristol and Manchester previously. The network continues to grow and increase its geographical diversity with members found across the UK.
The evening focused on three themes: Forming the Partnership, Working Together, and Evaluating the Partnership .Attendees came away with practical insights on connection, collaboration, and long-term alignment.
Lucy Harrison, founder of The Harrison Network and specialist in human-centred leadership, was our first guest speaker on the night. Rob Brougham, Co-Founder and CEO of Braided Communications, lead the second talk of the night - Great Minds Do Not Think Alike. He explored how embracing diverse thinking styles can drive innovation and productivity. Harpal Mattu, CEO, Agilyx, was third in our series of speeches with insights on partnering with The Institute of Directors.
Our panel session featured a rich discussion on collaborating across sectors alongside evaluation perspectives. It was chaired by Guy Lock, Associate Director - Strategy at Frazer-Nash, who was joined by expert guests including Alistar Garfoot, Mindfoundry; Dr Helen Greenhough, Frazer-Nash, and Glen Griffin, Frazer-Nash.
Adrian Holland, Frazer-Nash Capability Director, hosted the event on behalf of Frazer-Nash. He said:
