News & Events-Developing our staff with Engineers Australia

Frazer-Nash has signed up with the Engineers Australia Professional Development Programme (PDP) as part of its range of commitments to support and develop its engineering teams.

Through this new relationship,Frazer-NashAustralia, which now has approximately 30 employees, will support all its engineers in development towards chartered status. This approach reflects that of the UK organisation where close relationships have been built with a number of the key UK professional bodies, including the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, Royal Institution of Naval Architects, Institute of Physics, Royal Aeronautical Society and the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

The close relationships that Frazer-Nash holds with such professional bodies in combination with its own mentoring and support, has resulted in a high proportion of employees being chartered. Through the new relationship with Engineers Australia, the consultancy aims to ensure that all engineers based from its Adelaide and Melbourne offices quickly progress towards this status.

Phil Harris, Manager of the Frazer-Nash's Australian Business said, "Our clients look to us to solve some of the most complex engineering problems around.  This makes it vital that we maintain our engineering teams at the forefront of industry best practice, which is why we invest in a range of training and development activities such as the Engineers Australia PDP."

The consultancy fully supports the development of its employees and encourages them to take on new and diverse challenges to help them achieve their career goals.
