News & Events-Frazer-Nash showcasing its added-value offering and ‘human side’ at DSEI

Frazer-Nash will be showcasing the ways in which it can add value to its clients' activities - including through consideration of Human Factors - at the Defence Security and Equipment International exhibition (DSEI) from 15-18 September 2015.

Frazer-Nash will be exhibiting on stand S4-360 at the ExCel exhibition centre in London, demonstrating how its expertise across a range of disciplines - from systems engineering and materials science, to security and organisational resilience - can add value to project outcomes within a challenging financial environment.

Whilst Frazer-Nash is renowned for its engineering expertise, it will also be utilising DSEI to highlight its work across other areas. This will include fields such as Human Factors - the systematic process that supports the successful integration of people, process and technology within capability to optimise overall system process and safety.

Expert in Human Factors, Ryan Meeks, will be looking at the complex socio-cultural, environmental and psychological factors involved in defence, in a presentation on Insider Attacks1 or 'Green-on-Blue' attacks in Afghanistan. Ryan's talk: Learning Lessons from Afghanistan to Counter the Future Insider Threat will take place in the Security and Special Forces Theatre on Thursday 17 September.

Ryan, and many of Frazer-Nash's expert consultants will also be available on the Frazer-Nash DSEI stand to discuss how the company can add value to projects in domains including air systems, C4ISTAR, defence facilities, land systems, submarines, surface ships, and weapons systems. With a long-standing reputation for delivering excellence to the defence industry, Frazer-Nash offers value-added support that focuses on understanding clients' needs via its innovative Systems Approach, and providing the right solutions to the challenges they are facing.

Business Director, Bill Hodson, said: "Frazer-Nash is the first-choice consultant for many of our clients, and much of our business is repeat business - people like what we do, they like us and they keep coming back.
