News & Events-DVD enables Frazer-Nash to demonstrate defence capabilities

Frazer-Nash will be exhibiting its defence capabilities at the Defence Vehicle Dynamics (DVD) event, taking place at Millbrook Proving Ground on 7 and 8 September.

Frazer-Nash will be meeting current and prospective clients at Stand C3-404 at the Bedfordshire exhibition.

Senior Business Manager, Land and Joint, Tony Marsh said:

"We're looking forward to taking part in this key event for the sector, and demonstrating to the defence industry how we can add value by innovating, supporting acquisition, and supporting delivery.

"We provide a wide variety of skills and services as a customer friend, to support MOD in the acquisition of capability across the land and joint domains. In addition, by providing impartial and specialist engineering in support to industry, we de-risk defence programmes, helping to ensure safe, compliant and cost effective programme delivery.

"Our innovative Systems Approach delivers a new perspective to our clients' projects, helping them to address challenges, and we work closely with research institutions, industry and government departments to help create the cutting-edge technologies needed to meet some of the defence sector's greatest challenges."

DVD is a well-established two day event for all those involved in UK land forces equipment and support. Held at Millbrook Proving Ground, it is jointly sponsored by Army Headquarters and the Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) organisation. It provides a forum for Army HQ staff, DE&S personnel and industry representatives involved in the land equipment sector to develop ideas and generate a greater understanding of technologies, capabilities and requirements.

Attendees will see a wide range of equipment on display from industry and the military, with more than 250 companies expected to exhibit. Displays will range from specialist vehicles to all the equipment and services necessary to support land-based military operations.
