With us, you’ll expand your experience, potential and curiosity at the same time.

Where do you launch a career tackling complex real-world problems with industry experts at the top of their game? Where can you learn from the best and experience all the support you need on your journey to chartered status?

Right here. Because your technical training will involve formal training courses, learning on the job from experienced colleagues, individual research, reading round the subject and putting it all into practice on real projects. You’ll be embracing new technologies and keeping your knowledge up to date.

In time, you’ll have the chance to experience the commercial side — manage your own projects, lead bid teams and contribute to our business development. Throughout, you’ll have regular performance reviews so that you know where you’re doing well and what you need to focus on.

Look forward to a mentor to guide you from Induction right through to Professional Development and beyond, and the chance to spend time in other technical groups and broaden what you know. And once you reach chartered status, a range of career paths will be open to you.

From day one, I have been given diverse and interesting projects to work on that add real value to the client - often resulting in wider societal benefits. There are opportunities to work in multi-discipline teams across a wide range of markets which is great.

Ciaran, Graduate

Frazer-Nash has a strong collaborative culture; it is recognised that everyone has different approaches and I have enjoyed solving engineering problems. No two days are the same and I am fortunate to have a job where I am actually using my degree.

Benjamin, Graduate

Although I’ve had the opportunity to develop many technical skills including 2D and 3D CAD modelling, it’s Frazer-Nash’s approach to project management that has allowed me to gain experience in all aspects of my role; not just the technical side.
