At Frazer-Nash Consultancy, we create teams of extraordinary people to deliver project and programme management consultancy on some of the most complex and important projects in the UK and abroad. We are looking for an individual to join the management team who reflects our values and brings a passion for excellent and effective project management. 

As a Group Leader within our Programme Management Consultancy area you will oversee a team of approximately twelve project management professionals of varying experience; enabling them to deliver excellent consultancy to clients across our existing markets and helping us to win new customers. 

 Key responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Technical guidance; helping our consultants develop and deliver effective project management approaches to support the full range of our clients’ requirements.

Please note, due to our work being client centric there is the expectation of regular visits to client sites (typically 2-3 days per week). This is a hybrid role - your office can be assigned to any of the Frazer-Nash offices in the UK depending on your location however Leatherhead, Bristol, or Manchester would be preferred.

Requirements

To succeed in the role, you will be able to demonstrate the following;

Essential 

  • A passion for managing teams. 
  • Experience coaching and developing people. 
  • Experience of complex project and programme management. 
  • Experience reviewing and assuring project and programme management approaches and artefacts. 

Desirable 

  • Chartered Project Professional or similar qualification. 
  • Experience of managing consultancy projects. 
  • Experience collating bids and winning work.
