Programme Management Consultancy Group Leader

At Frazer-Nash Consultancy, we create teams of extraordinary people to deliver project and programme management consultancy on some of the most complex and important projects in the UK and abroad. We are looking for an individual to join the management team who reflects our values and brings a passion for excellent and effective project management. 

As a Group Leader within our Programme Management Consultancy area you will oversee a team of approximately twelve project management professionals of varying experience; enabling them to deliver excellent consultancy to clients across our existing markets and helping us to win new customers.

• Technical guidance; helping our consultants develop and deliver effective project management approaches to support the full range of our clients’ requirements.

• Directing the development of your group both as individuals and as a team. 
• Taking responsibility for the success of the group, delivering against agreed performance objectives. 
• Drawing on proven experience and expertise delivering complex projects and programmes to continuously improve our project and programme consultancy. 
• Acting as a role model, championing our values and behaviours.

This is a hybrid role - your office can be assigned to any of the Frazer-Nash offices in the UK depending on your location however Leatherhead, Bristol, or Manchester would be preferred.
