Senior Engineer, Sally Hall, has been shortlisted for The Rising Star Award 2023 at the National Graduate Recruitment Awards with targetjobs UK.

Sally joins nine other finalists from FTSE 100 companies in vying for the award. The category will be judged by current students, and has seen nearly 100,000 individual votes cast by undergraduates, apprentices and school leavers.

As part of the Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) team at Frazer-Nash, Sally, who joined the company three years ago, maintains a key interest in medical engineering. Having proactively found others within the company with similar interests, she has championed pursuit of medical related projects during her career. She is now leading the formal “Med Tech” campaign, managing a team of five and developing a strategic plan to establish Frazer-Nash within the sector.

Outside of work, Sally volunteers as a trustee with the Our Tide Charity, on the Women in Engineering Society (WES) Directors’ Committee, and with Imperial University and Bristol University as an industry mentor to students.

Sally said, "I am thrilled to be shortlisted for such a great award with many other fantastic companies and nominees. With the help of my colleagues, I have had a great opportunity to get involved with interesting and challenging projects, which have been invaluable to my early career. Thank you to the Frazer-Nash team for the nomination and the support."

The awards will take place on March 23 at the JW Marriot Grosvenor House in London. For more information on the event, please visit https://targetjobsawards.co.uk/.
