Frazer-Nash consultancy has been successfully appointed onto the Management Consultancy Framework 4 (MCF4). Valued at 5.7billion GBP, it is the largest government framework for management consultancy services in the UK public sector.
Managed by the Crown Commercial Services, the Management Consultancy Framework was established to facilitate access to cost-effective management consultancy delivered by suppliers ranging from small medium enterprises up to large multinationals, for public sector organisations seeking expertise across areas such as business strategy, infrastructure and policy. This new contract is the fourth iteration of the Crown Commercial Services’ framework. In its third iteration, the largest buyers were the UK Government’s Departments for Energy Security and Net Zero, Health and Social Security, the Ministry of Defence, NHS England and the Ministry of Justice.
Under the MCF4, Frazer-Nash will continue to be an appointed government supplier from 2025 to 2027 with anticipated multi-million value over the lifetime of the contract. The company will provide advisory services in relation to business, complex transformation, procurement and supply chain, and infrastructure, transport and nuclear.
Tim Myall, Market Group Manager, Government, Transport and Infrastructure at Frazer-Nash said: “Frazer-Nash Consultancy is a trusted strategic advisor to the UK Government, and we are honoured to have been confirmed as an approved supplier of management consultancy services for the next two years. Having previously been a supplier on Management Consultancy Framework 3, we are encouraged that Management Consultancy Framework 4 represents both a successful resecuring and the extension of our presence on the framework.”
“In its Industrial Strategy, the UK Government has identified professional and business services as one of eight key sectors which will drive long-term economic growth. As part of that UK professional community, we are delighted to be applying our world-leading expertise in business strategy, complex transformation, procurement and supply chain, and infrastructure for the energy and transport sectors to deliver services which will facilitate informed decisions, drive digital productivity and enable the just transition to net zero for clients old and new in the public sector.”
