As a P3M expert at Frazer Nash you will work with industry leading delivery and change specialists who support clients across a wide range of sectors and industries. We focus on actions to reduce climate change; supporting rapid and far-reaching transformations in the delivery of energy, security, industry, and transport.  You will influence, support and leverage expertise to provide innovative solutions to complex client challenges.

At Frazer Nash, you will work on a wide variety of assignments. This could range from leading multi-disciplinary client and Frazer Nash teams to working autonomously providing best practise guidance and coaching to upskill client teams. You could be involved at the start of a project helping to set up and mobilise for success, performing a health check and recommendations for improved success or be parachuted into a project to provide interventions and recovery.

Consultancy skills are key to our success. As a P3M expert, you will be expected to deliver to an exceptionally high standard to ensure our clients come back for more. You will be expected to guide all stakeholders through their own unique change journey and your ability to work collaboratively with the client will win their trust and confidence.
