We are an integrated strategic improvement partner to an international defence company involved in capital projects who is seeking to improve programme and engineering delivery performance and governance. This activity forms the core part of an organisational and functional transformation being rolled out across a portfolio of key programmes, with facilitation and training being conducted in a highly collaborative and supportive manner.

- Analyse Organizational Needs: Evaluate the current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design transformation strategies aligned with goals.
- Develop and Implement Transformation and Portfolio Plans: Craft detailed plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Lead the execution of these plans, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Working with key stakeholders to understand needs and concerns, ensuring buy-in and support for transformation and Portfolio initiatives.
- Change Management: Facilitate change within the organization, addressing cultural shifts, training needs, and communication strategies to maximize engagement.
- Leverage Technology: Identify and integrate appropriate technological solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review the impact of transformation and Portfolio initiatives, reporting on progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Enterprise Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation and successful delivery.
- Knowledge Sharing: Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and sharing best practices with the team and broader organization.
- Deep specialist knowledge in required areas with the ability to consult at all levels throughout the client organisation. Flexible approach to ensure knowledge is shared, and rapport is built across a wide stakeholder community (from young professional to Managing Director).
- Extensive experience in the defense sector with a proven track record in their area of specialism.
- Ability to assimilate information, problem solve and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
- Facilitates business decision making process.
- Manages expectations of key project stakeholders at all levels within the client organisation. Oversees the specialist advise from others.
- Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the account, FNC and the client organisation.
