There is a requirement to advise on intellectual property queries including strategic legal advice on the exploitation and protection of intellectual property. In addition, the varied nature of Frazer-Nash’s work means that advisory work on a range of other legal issues is required, including data protection issues.

The successful candidate will also be involved in the preparation of precedent documents, providing legal support for internal projects and engaging with the wider KBR Legal Team of Teams.
